Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you and your Player 2 to love your gear. If something is not right, we will make it right. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. It is written to comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Swiss consumer protection law (OR Art. 197 ff.), and applicable US consumer protection rules. 2. EU / EEA customers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are in the European Union or EEA and purchased as a consumer (not for business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to exercise it: Send an unambiguous statement to shipperspace@proton.me before the 14 days expire. You may use this template:
“I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [product], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order number: [number].”
We refund the full product price (and standard outbound delivery) within 14 days of being notified, using your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or could not be delivered to your region (see section 5).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalised goods, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example in-ear headphones). Vinyl skins that have already been applied to a device cannot be returned.
3. Switzerland
Under Swiss law (OR Art. 40a ff.), distance-sale contracts above CHF 100 carry a 7-day right of return unless the goods are custom-made or clearly personalised. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery; the buyer bears return shipping. Refunds are issued within 30 days.
4. United States
US customers may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used, installed, or applied cannot be restocked and are not eligible. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are refunded or replaced at no cost. Email shipperspace@proton.me to start a return.
5. If we cannot ship to your region
If an item cannot be shipped to your country or address (because it is outside our shipping zones, or our supplier cannot deliver there), we will cancel that item and refund it in full, including any shipping you paid, normally within 14 days. You do not need to do anything; we will email you to confirm. Where possible our checkout will not let you complete an order to an address we cannot serve, but if one slips through, you are always fully refunded.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice. In most cases you will not need to return the faulty item. This is in addition to your statutory warranty rights.
7. Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used, installed, or applied (for example a skin on a device)
- Sealed audio items that have been unsealed, for hygiene reasons
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (outside the windows above)
- Items damaged through misuse or third-party modification
8. How to start a return or refund
- Email shipperspace@proton.me with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 3 business days with the next steps.
- If a return is needed, ship the item back in its original packaging (or equivalent).
- Your refund or replacement is processed within 14 days of us receiving it (or of approving a no-return refund).
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We resolve almost every issue quickly and directly, and a quick email to shipperspace@proton.me is the fastest route to your money back.
